Seattle sports certainly didn't need the confirmation to know it's true, but Forbes.com just named Seattle the most miserable sports city in America.

I didn't do the research, but as a Seattle sports fan myself, I'd have to think it wasn't even close.  It's downright painful these days with the Seahawks' recent stumbles, the Mariners continuing to struggle and the team formerly known as the Sonics excelling in Oklahoma City.  The Sounders FC had an excellent inaugural season, but even they seem to be succumbing to the Emerald City's sports misery.
