EUGENE, OR - Jason Kudlock's three-run double in the top of the ninth inning lifted the Spokane Indians to a 4-1 win over the Eugene Emeralds Thursday at PK Park.
With the scored tied at one heading into the ninth, the Indians loaded the bases on a Clark Murphy single, a Josh Richmond double and an intentional walk to Bret Nicholas, before Kudlock delivered the big hit.
Michael Olt accounted for Spokane's first run with a solo home run in the fourth inning, his fourth of the year.
Chad Bell didn't factor in the decision, but the left-hander allowed just one run on three hits in seven innings, while striking out five.
The Indians and Emeralds will continue their series Friday in Eugene.
