Cougars Sign 22 to National Letters of Intent

PULLMAN - Head Coach Paul Wulff and the Washington State Cougars signed 22 players to national letters of intent Wednesday.

The class includes three players from the Greater Spokane League: Mead tight end Aaron Dunn, Ferris quarterback Connor Halliday and Shadle Park tight end/offensive lineman Jake Rodgers.  Central Valley kicker Jake Miller will join the team this fall as an invited walk on.  KXLY has learned that Lewis & Clark wide receiver Austin Ehlo will also join the team an invited walk on, although he was not included WSU's official list.

WSU signed 15 players from the state of California, as well as one each from Wisconsin and Florida.  The latter is C.J. Mizell, a highly rated linebacker from Tallahassee who signed with Florida State last year, but failed to qualify academically.

Two junior college transfers, offensive linemen David Gonzales and Wade Jacobsen, are already on campus and will participate in spring drills.
