Tri-City Americans' Governor/General Manager Bob Tory
announced today that the club has hired Brent Bilodeau to serve as the
team's new assistant coach for the upcoming 2010-11 season. This will
round out the coaching staff with head coach Jim Hiller and associate
coach Scott Beattie.
Bilodeau is a former first round draft pick of the Montreal Canadiens and has been a coach since 2005. He spent three seasons with the Las Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL before becoming the head coach of the Wichita Thunder of the Central Hockey League for one plus seasons.
Bilodeau played for Seattle and Swift Current during his WHL career
