BOISE -- The Idaho Board of Education has extended the contract of University of Idaho men's basketball coach Don Verlin through 2015.

Verlin, who has a 32-32 record in two seasons in Moscow, will see his base salary grow from $132,808 in 2010-11 to $164,840 by 2014-15. Verlin can also earn multiple performance based bonuses. He will also receive $60,000 a year for media obligations.

The Vandals Athletic Department says they plan to officially announce the extension on Monday.
