Mead senior Aaron Dunn can dominate on the basketball floor. "Aaron is our rock," said Panther head coach Glenn Williams. "Defensively he's close to that rim when he's patrolling things and offensively we like to drop anchor on him." Dunn's abilities on the basketball floor were missed last year as he sat out the entire season with a knee injury. "it's a lot of fun playing again, you know last season was hard missing the whole season having to sit on the bench, but i played in the summer and being back on the court again, being back playing G-S-L basketball is really fun, " Aaron Dunn said. That injury was suffered playing football, a sport that will continue to cut into his basketball time, as he's headed to Washington State University to be a tight end. "Coach Wulff was up here watching practice the other day and i wasn't telling him anything he didn't know when i say he's got great feet, he's got great hands, he moves well for his size, " Williams said Dunn added, "all the coaches i've talked at the college level like my quick feet, quick hands, like the way i move they just say i'm fluid." Dunn will help the Cougars next year on the football field and in the G-P-A department as he brings in a 3.9. "Both my parents are educators," Dunn said. "So they put a high priority on school and i mean time managment, i've learned that over my high school career how to manage my time." Dunn's high school career is coming to an end, but he has left his mark by dominating everything he does.
